
Once the troubleshooting process completes restart your PC and try to connect to the Bluetooth device. This will scan and address any bug causing/preventing Bluetooth devices from connecting.
On the right-hand side locate Bluetooth and Select the Run the Troubleshoot option. Select Update and Security then Troubleshoot.
